Ramita Ravi is an artist & entrepreneur based in NYC.
She is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Artswrk - the jobs platform for artists. She built Artswrk after years as a product designer, building 0-1 products for tech companies backed by YC, a16z, 25madison and more.
As a creative, she is a producer, choreographer, and dancer - she is signed bicoastally with Bloc Talent Agency NY/LA & is a member of AEA, AGVA, & The Choreographer’s Guild.
She was one of the first South Asians on So You Think You Can Dance and in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular Ensemble and has choreographed for Coachella, Miss America, the Hollywood Bowl, Raveena's Where Butterfly's Go In The Rain Headline Tour and more. She has also worked across TV, Film, and Theater in credits like Spinning Gold, Last Week Tonight, NYFW, Bhangin’ It. She has been guest faculty at Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, Ailey Extension, Columbia, and UPenn; and has toured with conventions & competitions across the country including Star Dance Alliance, Groove, Headliners and more.
Ramita is passionate about representation, equity, and innovation in arts & entertainment.
